Vizient, Inc is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to direct Analytics Operations for Clinical & Operations Intelligence within Integrated Insights Delivery. Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated clinical and operational analytics across clinical, operational, ambulatory, physician, and continuum-of-care performance domains.
  • Manage and develop analytics staff responsible for delivering high-quality, actionable clinical and operational insights.
  • Partner with Data & Digital Operations to align analytic capabilities, capacity, and quality standards with delivery needs.
  • Align clinical and operational analytics with Integrated Insights priorities, delivery goals, and cross-domain client narratives.
  • Monitor quality, timeliness, utilization, and performance indicators to continuously improve analytic operations and delivery.
  • Partner with Integrated Insights & Client Impact teams to incorporate clinical and operational analysis into cross-domain insights and client deliverables.
  • Lead analytics activities that support client value, retention, return on investment, and measurable performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with Analytic Services and Operations leadership on prioritization, staffing, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Partner across Product, Technology, Data Science, Consulting, Research, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and client delivery teams to align analytics and insights with client needs.
  • Develop team leadership and technical capabilities while fostering accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and client-focused delivery.

Summary

In this role, you will lead Analytics Operations for Clinical & Operations Intelligence within Integrated Insights Delivery, overseeing integrated analytic support across clinical, operational, ambulatory, physician, and continuum-of-care performance domains. You will lead and develop a team of analytics professionals, partner across Integrated Insights and cross-functional teams, and translate complex data into actionable insights that enable proactive client delivery, performance improvement, and measurable value.

Estimated Hiring Range

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $135,200.00 to $236,600.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
