Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Manager for Alternative Investment products to manage daily operations including reconciliation, transfers, conversions and dividends/corporate actions.

The role requires knowledge of Alternatives, data analysis, and project management to translate business and regulatory needs into technical requirements. You will coach staff, run regular meetings, oversee risk and vendor oversight, automate processes, and deliver exceptional client

Qualifications

5+ years of industry experience in Operations.
Series 99 required.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support, coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to address staff needs.
Conduct regular meetings with on-site and cross-site teams.
Drive a performance management culture with timely evaluations.
Conduct vendor, regulatory, and risk oversight for all processes.
Leverage technology to automate manual work and simplify processes.
Develop risk-based mitigation approaches and respond to regulatory changes.
Deliver excellent client experience through sound business and financial management.
