Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Medical Billing/RCM.
• Strong CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end billing operations across multiple practices.
• Lead and manage a team to ensure timely submissions, AR recovery, and denial resolution.
• Drive performance metrics such as collections, AR days, and clean claim rate.
• Manage client onboarding, system setup, and smooth transition of new accounts.
• Collaborate with clients/providers to ensure transparency and service excellence.
