Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a software engineering team for the DGX Cloud Kubernetes (DGXC-K8s) organization, serving internal and external clients. You will guide engineers, align roadmaps, and present vision to executives, while engaging with open-source communities.

The role requires a strong background in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, with a track record of team leadership across large, technical programs.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related areas (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience designing and building distributed software systems.
• 4+ years of experience leading a team of engineers across organizations.
• Proficient in Go, Java, C, C++, or Rust.
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or distributed task scheduling.
• Understanding of Linux kernel scheduling, memory management, and networking.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, storage, and DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity with container orchestration (containerd, CRI-O, Docker).
• Ability to reach cross-functional consensus while addressing ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and provide feedback to engineering.
• Develop, guide, and supervise engineers and educate partner teams on cloud-based methods.
• Deeply understand NVIDIA's various verticals including AI and autonomous systems.
• Present roadmaps and demos to internal partners and leadership.
• Contribute to open-source communities of used and developed software.
