Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a software engineering team for the DGX Cloud Kubernetes (DGXC-K8s) organization in Seattle, WA. You will collaborate with internal partners to define requirements and drive cloud-native platform solutions at scale.

You will guide engineers across teams, influence roadmaps, and present to leadership while gaining hands-on insight into AI, cloud computing, and hyperscale GPU infrastructure.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years designing and building distributed software systems.
• 4+ years leading a team of engineers across organizations.
• Proficient in Go, Java, C, C++, or Rust.
• Experience with Kubernetes and distributed task scheduling.
• Understanding of Linux kernel scheduling, memory management, and networking.
• Familiarity with infrastructure, networking, storage, and DevOps tooling.
• Container orchestration experience (containerd, CRI-O, Docker).
• Familiarity with IAM approaches and cross-functional consensus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple internal teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Develop, guide, and supervise engineers to educate partner teams on cloud-based solutions.
• Understand NVIDIA's cross-vertical development areas (autonomous vehicles, hardware design, AI).
• Present roadmaps, vision, and demos to leadership.
• Engage in open-source communities related to our software stack.
