Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Significant experience leading technical engineering teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of analytics and data engineers.
• Drive technical strategy and delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Champion adoption of enterprise AI technologies including AI Agents and LLM orchestration.
• Lead integrations across ERP, financial and CRM platforms.
• Drive data engineering excellence: ETL/ELT, data governance, CI/CD, IaC.
• Deliver scalable enterprise reporting and financial analytics.
