Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Manager – AI Integration & Agentic Analytics Engineering to lead the development of intelligent enterprise data products, AI-powered reporting, and modern integrations across our business platforms.

You will lead a team of analytics engineers and data engineers, collaborating with product, security, and finance to deliver scalable analytics and trusted reporting optimized for AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline required.
• Significant experience leading technical engineering teams and delivering enterprise data platforms.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; proven experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience building scalable enterprise reporting solutions and working with data governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics engineers, data engineers, and AI developers to deliver enterprise data products.
• Drive technical strategy and multiple concurrent initiatives with business stakeholders.
• Champion adoption of enterprise AI technologies, including AI Agents and orchestration.
• Oversee data integration across ERP, financial and CRM platforms; ensure data quality and governance.
