JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Manager, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing to lead and scale our performance-based marketing programs. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness through high-impact affiliate partnerships and influencer collaborations. This person will develop Onnit’s affiliate and influencer marketing playbook and as the internal affiliate / influencer subject-matter-expert will advocate, educate, and champion these channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, a deep understanding of influencer and affiliate ecosystems, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and expand the affiliate marketing program, focusing on customer acquisition, revenue generation, and ROI
  • Manage the affiliate agency, engage strategically and tactically with the affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, credit-card linked offer programs, etc.), optimize performance, and leverage campaign insights and industry trends to uplevel channel revenue and lower CAC / CPO
  • Own and scale influencer marketing strategy across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive brand awareness and engagement, set performance metrics, and oversee campaign execution through concept through completion
  • Source, vet, and build long-term relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with the brand’s voice and values
  • Coach and manage direct report, identify opportunities for direct report and delineate responsibilities that will support the team member’s growth

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives
  • Develop compelling commission structures, incentive programs, and co-marketing campaigns to attract and retain high-performing brand ambassadors

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6 years of experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic leadership role
  • Proven ability to grow and manage performance-driven affiliate and influencer programs, experience managing a seven-figure marketing budget
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
  • Experience working with affiliate networks and influencer platforms/tools (e.g., Impact, Squaredance, Euka), in-platform Instagram, TikTok, YouTube a plus
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills; excels as delivering well-structured, succinct deliverables (i.e. whitepapers, presentations, recommendations) for both peer-level and senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter who with a bias towards action who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; ability to quickly prioritize, execute, and pivot based on the needs of the business
  • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer goods industries
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition funnels, particularly how to efficiently scale a paid media strategy across affiliate and influencer campaigns
