Walmart is seeking a PM/Program leader to own and grow Financial Services and Payments initiatives for Marketplace Sellers in Sunnyvale, CA. You will collaborate with Payments, Product, Risk, and Operations to drive adoption and scale financial products across the marketplace.

Responsibilities include managing cross-functional programs, measuring performance, and delivering against business priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

This role will be a key member of the Marketplace Payments team, owning Financial Services and Payments growth programs and services. Key responsibilities include driving Seller experience, program adoption, seller enablement, and delivery of payments and financial services offered to Marketplace Sellers. This role will work closely with Enterprise Financial Services and other Marketplace stakeholder teams to drive growth of financial products and ensure effective operational execution at scale.

The team works across Payments, Product, Risk, and Operations to deliver reliable payment solutions and financial services that enable seller growth, marketplace performance, and a seamless end-to-end experience. This is a highly collaborative team driving adoption, innovation, and operational excellence across a rapidly evolving space.

What you'll do

• Own and drive key programs across Marketplace Payments and Financial Services, ensuring strong execution against business priorities
• Drive Seller adoption and improve the Seller experience across payments and financial services offerings
• Partner cross-functionally to launch and scale new financial products and services
• Use data and insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
• Manage program performance, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Identify and implement process improvements and AI based tools that increase operational efficiency and scalability
• Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholder teams to resolve issues and deliver program objectives

What you'll bring

• Experience owning and delivering cross-functional programs or initiatives
• Ability to drive product or service adoption, ideally within payments, financial services, marketplace, or eCommerce
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and inform decisions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage programs using established program management tools and frameworks

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Option 1: Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
