As an Analytics Manager within CX Alpha, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for strategic projects involving data gathering, experimentation, deep analysis using descriptive and predictive analytics, data visualization, and influencing business decisions through consultative skills and storytelling. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Finance, UX, Analytics, and the Personal Investor business to transform insights into actionable recommendations that enhance client investment outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

1. Hire, evaluate, supervise, and develop team members. Set performance standards, conduct reviews, and make compensation decisions in line with HR policies.
2. Apply advanced data and analytics methods to identify opportunities, evaluate options, optimize decisions, and share insights for continuous improvement.
3. Design analytical visions and roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives, prioritizing initiatives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective data use and drive strategy.
5. Manage relationships with senior stakeholders to guide strategic direction.
6. Stay updated on latest analytics and data science methods to enhance efficiency and impact.
7. Translate complex CX problems into analytical frameworks and lead projects from conception to completion.
8. Delegate tasks and provide guidance to analysts, data engineers, and data scientists, serving as an analytics expert for enterprise initiatives.
9. Perform data analysis from multiple sources to surface trends and insights using advanced methods, and drive experimentation to identify innovative CX solutions.

Qualifications

1. 7+ years in advanced analytics/data science.
2. Expertise in SQL, statistical analysis, experimentation (e.g., A/B testing), and Python.
3. Leadership experience in analytics.
4. Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
