Position Summary

What you'll do...

• Business Partnerships: Collaborate with leadership to understand goals and develop hypotheses around business challenges. Provide guidance and actionable recommendations based on insights.
• People Development: Build and lead a team, coach members, conduct performance reviews, and foster motivation and engagement.
• Project Scope: Manage workstreams and projects end-to-end, including risk management.
