• Proven experience leading advanced analytics projects and developing data models to drive business results.
• Strong expertise in data‑driven decision making and applying analytics to solve complex business challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau and experience managing analytics workstreams end‑to‑end.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to build partnerships across functions and influence strategic initiatives.
• Solid project and risk management capabilities to ensure successful implementation of analytics solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
