Job summary

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 years progressive experience
  • Master’s Degree with 4 years relevant experience
  • NNS Apprentice School graduate
  • Navy Nuclear Power School graduate
  • Associate's Degree with 2 years exempt experience or 4 years non-exempt experience
  • Military Paygrade E-5 or above
  • High School/GED with 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other exempt experience
  • High School/GED with 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other non-exempt experience

  • Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development
  • May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required
  • Responsible for administrative support of operations within Facilities Projects and Engineering (O41)
  • Management of Technical Documentation Vault
  • Administration of the project close out process
  • Ensuring data integrity and completeness of various reporting tools
  • Documentation management to include record retention, among other key support activities

  • Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
  • High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
