Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required (or related field).
  • 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with standard costing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
  • Prepare and review trial balance; ensure data accuracy.
  • Review journal entries for accuracy and compliance; ensure proper revenue/expenses and accruals.
  • Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures; support audits.
  • Lead and develop accounting staff; drive process improvements and automation.

Bio-Techne, and all of its brands, provides tools for researchers to further treat and prevent disease worldwide.**Pay Range:$91,700.00 - $150,800.00**Position Summary:**The Manager of Accounting is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting data, maintaining internal controls, and supporting strategic financial decisions.
