Job summary

Bio-Techne Corp. is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing Technician to support filling, bottling, labeling and documentation of buffers and components used in Bio-Techne products.

You will operate semi-automated and automated equipment, collect data, and perform ERP transactions while maintaining accurate production records. The role includes participating in process improvements, equipment qualifications, and training of new staff, all under GMP/ISO and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent; up to 2 years relevant experience, or Associate degree with up to 1 year.
  • 4-year science degree with no experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, analyze, and report production data of low to moderate complexity.
  • Perform laboratory maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
  • Calibrate and operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Review batch records and ensure accuracy before release to downstream partners.
  • Assist in equipment validations and qualifications.
  • Train and mentor new manufacturing technicians.
  • Maintain compliance with GMP, ISO, safety regulations, and SOPs.

Bio-Techne, and all of its brands, provides tools for researchers to further treat and prevent disease worldwide.**Pay Range:$22.00 - $30.25**Position Summary:**The Advanced Manufacturing Technician supports laboratory and manufacturing operations through the filling, bottling, labeling, and documentation of manufacturing buffers and components used in Bio-Techne products. This role operates semi-automated and fully automated manufacturing equipment, performs data collection and review activities, executes ERP transactions, and ensures the accuracy of production records.
