Job summary

LeMans Corporation is seeking a senior logistics leader to drive the strategy and execution of 3PL services for powersports clients. You will act as the main business contact for clients and collaborate with Sales and senior leadership to align requirements with scalable distribution solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 7-10 years in distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or related areas.
• Experience with 3PL providers or outsourced logistics solutions.
• Experience managing customer relationships in a distribution or service environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms and reporting tools.
• Travel required ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Support solution design, pricing, proposals, contracts, SLAs, and implementation plans.
• Lead new-client onboarding and implementation projects across functions.
• Manage ongoing client relationships, service performance, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Establish and monitor KPIs.
• Identify and lead process, technology, automation improvements to strengthen value proposition.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

What You'll Do

• Help develop and execute the strategic roadmap for launching and expanding the company's 3PL service offerings for powersports companies.
• Serve as the primary business and operational contact for prospective and active 3PL clients.
• Partner with Sales and senior leadership to identify opportunities, understand client requirements, and communicate the company's distribution and fulfillment capabilities.
• Translate client requirements into scalable logistics and fulfillment solutions.
• Support solution design, pricing, proposals, contracts, service level agreements, and implementation plans.
• Lead new-client onboarding and implementation projects across multiple business functions.
• Manage ongoing client relationships, service performance, issue resolution, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators.
• Identify and lead process, technology, automation, and productivity improvements that strengthen the 3PL value proposition and create scalable operating standards.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Provide business updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in distribution, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, customer service operations, or a related field.
• Experience working for a 3PL provider or launching and managing outsourced logistics solutions for external clients.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer or client relationships in a distribution, logistics, fulfillment, account-management, or service environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting logistics solution design, pricing, contracts, client implementations, facility startups, or network transitions.
• Experience in the motorcycle, powersports, automotive aftermarket, or enthusiast-products industry.
• Travel required 50%.
