Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a Manager of 340B to oversee operational accountability, management, and process development for the 340B program across all touchpoints. You will direct audits, data validation, and performance metrics for financial and volume data, while partnering with Senior Leadership.

The role requires leadership across multidisciplinary teams to develop and communicate business plans and ensure regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts.
• 3 years' experience in healthcare.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices, billing & systems; knowledge of 340B program required.
• Knowledge of issues/trends in 340B participation.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Summary:

The Manager of 340B will oversee all operational accountability, management, and process development of the 340B program to ensure optimal operational performance in compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial standards across all touch points for CCMCs 340B Program. This position will provide ongoing management and oversight of the program, analysis, audits of the program, and data validation to ensure accurate and optimal performance and communication to Senior Leadership. This position may also be called up on to provide key metrics for financial data, financial analysis, volume data, productivity, and trend analyses. This position manages the hospitals business planning process by working collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams to develop business plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's required, Masters in Business/Healthcare/Finance preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts.
• 3 years' experience in healthcare.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices, billing & systems and knowledge of 340B program required.
• Knowledge of the issues, trends, and challenges presented by participation in the 340B program.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Certification/Licensure:

• Successful completion of Apexus Advanced 340B Certificate Program within 12 months of position start date.
