Engineering Program Manager, Analytics, Apple Services Engineering.

Summary: Apple Services Engineering is a dynamic organization with customers in over 100 countries. We are seeking individuals to partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to ship complex analytics products under demanding timelines, enabling understanding of new features. You take responsibility, communicate scope clearly, value integrity, thrive in uncertainty, build strong relationships, and ship code used by millions of customers.

Responsibilities

• Ship complex customer-facing and internal analytics products under demanding timelines.
• Be involved in requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, proofs-of-concept, and privacy reviews.
• Own end-to-end data collection and transformation pipelines and various reporting systems for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multiple product and business stakeholders to prioritize and align on the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Technical program management in data analytics, big data engineering, or software development.
• Experience with metrics instrumentation in apps and services.
• Experience with establishing and maintaining data pipelines.
• Experience with building analytics products and tools.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Expert in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to partner with multiple product and business stakeholders to prioritize and align on roadmap.
• Strong facilitation skills to drive complex cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, including presentation skills to all levels of an organization.
• Experience establishing processes and/or team culture.
• Passionate about protecting privacy while delivering key product insights.
• Experience in the media industry is a plus (music, movies, TV, books, podcasts, or apps).
• 3+ years of work experience.

Education & Experience

Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering majors preferred.

Pay & Benefits

Base pay range: $152,400 to $229,400, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible for discretionary employee stock programs and stock purchases. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, product discounts, education reimbursement, and opportunities for bonuses or relocation. Benefits vary by country and eligibility requirements.
