Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) within the Apple Services Engineering team in Seattle to ship complex data engineering projects in the marketing domain.

You will lead scoping, requirements, design, timelines, and executive communication while collaborating with Data Science, Server/Client Engineering, Production Support, and Security teams. This role requires comfort with ambiguity and a track record of delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Technical project/program management experience or equivalent experience
• Understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
• Program management in data analytics, big data engineering, or software development
• Strong facilitation skills to drive complex, cross functional, and comprehensive project plan
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, including presentation skills to all levels of an organization
• Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering majors preferred or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Aptitude and willingness to learn, and proactive attitude and energy

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,500 and $250,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
