Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO seeks an Assistant Manager to supervise GO Team Members and Shift Managers in a fast-paced, counter-service environment. You will collaborate with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive guest satisfaction.

Management experience is preferred, with opportunities for advancement. Bi-Weekly Pay, flexible schedule, free shift meals, and strong training programs are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Management experience preferred but not required.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work with GO team and shift managers.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety procedures.

YOU GOT THIS

• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You may need to become certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements.
• Preferably, you have at least one year of restaurant, quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
