Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the GO Team and Shift Managers in a fast-paced, counter-service restaurant. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help oversee daily operations and guest experiences.

You’ll train and develop team members, ensure food safety and labor compliance, and drive the store’s performance. This role offers bi-weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and clear advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• State/local food handling certification may be required.
• Preferably 1 year of restaurant/quick-service or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and safety systems.
• Able to manage and direct others; strong training and development skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

YOU GOT THIS

• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You may need to become certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements.
• Preferably, you have at least one year of restaurant, quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
