Golden Ticket Cinemas, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a proactive Cinema Manager to lead daily operations, drive ticket and concession sales, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

You will oversee upselling, loyalty program signups, inventory management, and crew scheduling while maintaining cleanliness and security standards. As Manager on Duty, you will open/close the building, train team members, and model professional behavior for staff, reporting to the Senior Manager, General Manager,

• Selling tickets and concessions.
• Upselling/Suggestive selling.
• Loyalty Membership signup.
• Set the standards needed for facility cleanliness.
• Open and close building as needed.
• Computer savvy.
• Experience with ordering supplies and inventory management.
• Experience with crew scheduling.
• Learn quickly and take an active role in training/team building.
• Leading by example—accepting responsibility as the Manager on duty when the General Manager is absent.
• Exercise company behavior competencies relevant to the role.
