Responsibilities

• Count inventory for all supplies in the restaurant.
• Work weekends and nights.
• Order supplies.
• Implement food safety controls.
• Maintain outstanding service to all customers.
• Hire and train staff.
• Create daily reports.
• Make daily deposits at the bank.
• Perform other similar tasks as required.
• Manage a busy, fast‑paced environment with courtesy and professionalism.
• Solve problems immediately as they arise.
