Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and genuinely.
• Treat every guest as a guest in your own home.
• Face‑to‑face contact with guests from all walks of life.
• Create satisfied guests to encourage a high level of guest returns.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, and enter them into our system in a timely fashion.
• Process cash, gift card, and credit transactions.
• Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to guests.
• Explain and describe menu items to guests.
• Describe preparation methods of menu items.
• Promptly deliver beverages and food items to guests.
• Provide attentive service by refilling drinks as needed and checking in during meals.
• Promptly address guest service issues and refer guests to Leader when necessary.
• Maintain top quality assurance and guest service standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area.
• Maintain backup supplies.
• Comply with health regulations.
