Responsibilities

• Counting inventory for all the supplies in the restaurant
• Ordering supplies
• Manage back of house and front of house systems
• Position the staff accordingly each shift
• Position themselves accordingly each shift
• Maintain cleanliness of the store
• Implementing food safety control
• Maintaining outstanding service to all the customers
• Hiring the staff and training them
• Creating the daily reports
• Making daily deposits at the bank
