TACO NACO KC is looking for a high-energy, organized, and hands-on Food Truck Manager to lead our mobile operation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and can run a tight, efficient shift while keeping the vibes high.

You’ll be the face of our food truck, bringing the TACO NACO experience to events, streets, and communities across KC.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all food truck operations during service
• Drive the truck to events and service locations (as needed)
• Execute fast, accurate, and high-quality food service
• Manage inventory, prep, and daily truck setup/breakdown
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are always met
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand
• Coordinate with leadership on scheduling, events, and logistics
• Train and lead team members on the truck

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant or food service management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, events required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred)
