Job summary

Culver's is hiring for a full-time Restaurant Team Lead role in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure smooth operations, from food prep to service, while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of restaurant experience, a genuine, friendly personality, and strong communication skills to motivate others and maintain high guest satisfaction across day, afternoon, and night shifts.
