Job summary

Acuity Advisors and CPAs, LLP in Lancaster, PA is seeking a experienced manager to own the relationship with a client business segment and to lead a service team delivering thoughtful, creative, and thorough solutions for client businesses and owners.

You will coordinate accounting, tax and compliance requirements, lead a client service team, participate in industry events, and contribute to business development and community involvement while building trusted advisor relationships and guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Six or more years of experience in accounting and/or tax.
• Strong relationship-builder with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client’s accounting, tax and business compliance requirements.
• Lead a client service team – either based on industry group or client type.
• Participate in industry-leading events and business development activities.
• Join in new and existing client business development and community involvement activities.
• Build a strong trusted advisor relationship with clients.
• Lead the team through client challenges from tax to succession planning.
• Integrate consulting projects with oversight of compliance deliverables.
