STEAK N SHAKE SHIFT LEAD DESCRIPTION

The Shift Lead reports directly to the General Manager. They assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of managing the restaurant, directing the employees, ensuring guest satisfaction and thereby demonstrating the Gold Standard in service.
