Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations, guest experience, food preparation, safety, inventory and team development at our Easley, SC location. You’ll coordinate local marketing, recruit and train staff, and ensure standards across the restaurant.

This role requires at least 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervisory experience; strong communication and computer skills; ability to manage records and drive sales through attentive service and teamwork.

Qualifications

As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things:

PREREQUISITES

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
