Job summary

Subway in Blue Ridge, GA is seeking a Manager to lead a busy restaurant team. You’ll focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, and safety while managing inventory and local marketing initiatives.

You’ll recruit and train staff, analyze business records to boost sales, and plan events and promotions. Must communicate well, supervise effectively, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed. Full-time and part-time shifts available; compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Job description

As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things:

PREREQUISITES

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
