Job summary

Adventure Loom in Houston is offering a Business Intern to join our Management Training Program. This hands-on role covers business, sales, and leadership fundamentals while working on live campaigns for Fortune 100 clients in retail settings and at outdoor events.

Over 8-12 months, interns progress from learning to independently running projects, with mentorship from experienced leaders. The internship is paid and requires a minimum commitment of 3 full days per week, with hours typically

Qualifications

• Full-time availability preferred; students welcome if able to commit to a minimum of 3 full business days per week.
• Available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (weekends not included toward the minimum)
• Comfortable working outdoors at events in a variety of conditions
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to take on real responsibility
• Strong communicator with a professional, driven attitude
• No prior business or sales experience required – we train from the ground up

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at outdoor events, promotions, and retail activations
• Build and manage customer relationships
• Learn and apply proven sales and communication techniques
• Take on increasing project ownership as you progress through the program
• Work closely with an experienced team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
