Job summary

Adventure Loom in Houston is seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to support our onsite event marketing campaigns and help build brand awareness with target audiences. You’ll translate brand elements into go-to-market plans, assist with presentations, and help measure ROI on campaigns while growing our reputation and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Training and coaching in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
• Ability to handle fieldwork and high volume of in-person interaction.
• Strong analytical skills and a creative mind.
• Data-driven thinking and comfort with numbers.
• Up-to-date with latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Degree in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales with strategic brand positioning and territory management
• Shape and communicate our vision and mission through public speaking and one-on-one presentations
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
• Devise innovative growth strategies
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
