Job summary

NY Events, part of Spectrum Retail Partner, invites you to join its Management Training Program. You’ll work on live campaigns for Fortune 100 clients, outdoors at events and in retail, with hands-on mentorship and a clear path toward management.

The program runs 8–12 months, offering real responsibility from day one, paid internship, and resume-building experience in Midtown Manhattan. 9am–6pm, Mon–Fri, immediate start.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — we train you.
• Full-time availability preferred.
• Minimum 3 full business days per week, Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Motivated, coachable, ready for real responsibility.
