Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must currently live in the Farmington, NM area or plan to relocate within 30 days.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind‑the‑scenes operations.
• Work in a structured program to eventually run your own branch, grow new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support to be successful.
• Engage with the community to build relationships essential to growing the business and your career.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, always putting customers first.
