Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Albuquerque, NM. You will begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and be groomed to eventually run your own location, while developing customers, partners and teams.

This structured program teaches customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations, with mentoring and community engagement to ensure your ongoing success and growth within Enterprise Mobility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license; clean record within past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in future.
• Must live in Albuquerque, NM area or be willing to relocate within 30 days.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Join Management Training Program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while handling operations.
• Progress through a structured program to run your own branch and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and hands-on learning to succeed in sales, service and operations.
• Build community relationships and establish networks for future business growth.
• Embrace a culture of customer-first service and internal advancement.
