Enterprise Holdings is offering the Management Internship at our Eureka location, paying $19.00 per hour and running from December 17, 2026, to March 12, 2027. This paid internship lets college seniors work on real business challenges alongside experienced professionals.

You will learn to run a fleet, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships. The program emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on projects with performance incentives.

Qualificações

• Senior enrolled full-time for upcoming semester with graduation date May 2027.
• 6+ months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 12 week commitment starting December 17, 2026.
• Willing to work a 40 hour week during Winter Break.
• No prior Enterprise Rent-a-Car interview in the last 12 months.

Overview

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is located at our Eureka location. This position pays $19.00 per hour and starts on December 17th 2026 and runs until March 12th 2027.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior enrolled full time for the up coming semester in a college or university with a graduation date of May 2027.
• 12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of training starting on December 17th.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership. (military, athletic/team activities, community, social or academic organizations.)
• Must have authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be willing to work a 40 hour work week during Winter Break.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise Rent-a-Car in the last 12 months.
