Enterprise Management Internship in Folsom offers university students real-world, paid experience to build business and leadership skills. This 12-week program begins December 17, 2026 and runs through March 12, 2027, paying $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester with a graduation date of May 2027.
• 12 week commitment with the availability to start on December 17th.
• At least six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship required now or in the future.
• Willing to work a 40 hour work week during Winter Break.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise Rent-a-Car in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles and develop customer relationships.
• Develop marketing strategies and build customer connections with coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in performance incentives and referral rewards.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is located at our Folsom location. This position pays $19.00 per hour and starts on December 17th 2026 and runs until March 12th 2027.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
