Responsibilities

• Learn the Enterprise business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Develop knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
• Engage with the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, while always putting customers first.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in at least two of the following areas: sales, customer service, or leadership/management.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
