Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you will start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

You will be mentored through a structured program and trained to eventually run your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or being enrolled and within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• At least 6 months experience in retail, sales, leadership, management or customer service.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be currently enrolled and within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.
