Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you will start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and supporting operations.

The program trains you to eventually run a branch, grow new business, and develop your team. You will receive mentoring and community engagement, with a culture that emphasizes customer service, sales, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be currently enrolled and within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in retail/sales/leadership or customer service.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorhip now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program and MT will learn the business from day one.
• You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• In the program, you will learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
