Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program in Tomah, WI. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as both the face of Enterprise to customers and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

This program emphasizes training, development, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within, offering a clear path to branch leadership and ongoing career progression.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor.
• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support daily branch operations.
• Learn the business from day one and be prepared to manage a neighborhood branch in the future.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and hands-on training to excel in customer service, sales and operations.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership experience.
  • Experience can also include experience as a collegiate/professional athlete, or leadership experience in the military or community/social/academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
