Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in the Central Wisconsin market, including Wausau and surrounding communities. You will start in a structured trainee program, serving customers, learning sales, service, and operational skills, and positioning yourself for future branch leadership.

You’ll receive mentoring, training, and a clear path for advancement, with benefits, competitive pay, and a balanced workload designed around a 45-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership.
• Athletic leadership or military/community leadership experience is acceptable.

• Be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage back-end operations.

Placement may occur throughout the market and will be based on business needs and available opportunities.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.


• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership experience.

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
