Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Racine-Kenosha market (Kenosha, Racine, Pleasant Prairie and nearby Southeast Wisconsin). The MT role begins with hands-on learning, customer-facing responsibilities, and structured mentoring to eventually run a branch.

Compensation for the first year targets $51,300 with a 45-hour work week, plus a benefits package including insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match and other perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership.
• Athletic/leadership experience in military or community organizations also acceptable.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI conviction in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.


• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership experience.


• Experience can also include experience as a collegiate/professional athlete, or leadership experience in the military or community/social/academic organizations.


• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.


• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) on driving record within the past 3 years.
