Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites you to join the Summer 2027 Management Internship in Katy, TX. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, serving customers and supporting marketing efforts within a team-based environment.

You'll work full-time, 40 hours per week, starting May 25, 2027, and gain leadership skills that set you apart in your degree program. The role includes real projects, performance incentives and opportunities to build professional relationships

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of August or December 2027.
• Must be willing to commit to our summer program working 40 hrs per week. (Starting May 25, 2027)
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales), Military service, Collegiate student athlete, or student leadership role in a university organization.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI/DWI) in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Summer 2027 Internship

This is a full time internship working 40 hours per week.

This position pays: $17/ hour

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities.
