Enterprise Holdings is offering a Spring 2027 Management Internship in Texas. This paid, part-time internship (25 hours per week) provides hands-on experience in management, customer relations, and marketing, with exposure to first-year and second-year professional challenges.

Interns will work at a Houston and Cypress locations, gaining real-world leadership skills in a team-based environment. Applicants must be rising seniors or MBA students graduating May 2027 and meet the experience criteria

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or MBA, with a graduation date of May 2027.
• Must be willing to commit to spring program at least 25 hrs per week.
• Must have 1+ year of experience since Aug 2022 in Sales, Military service, collegiate student athlete, or student leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop management skills and learn to run a fleet of vehicles while taking care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in performance incentives and referrals where offered.

Spring 2027 Internship

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full‑time professionals. It’s a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This is a spring part time internship working 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full‑time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of May 2027.
• Must be willing to commit to our spring program minimally working 25hrs. per week.

• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in any of the following:

  • Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
  • Military service
  • Collegiate student athlete
  • Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at‑fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at‑fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (ie, DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
