Job summary

Enterprise Holdings offers a Summer 2027 Management Internship in Texas. This paid internship runs 40 hours per week and provides real-world experience in management, customer service, marketing, and leadership. You’ll work on meaningful projects, engage in friendly competition, and may qualify for performance incentives and referrals.

Locations include Webster and League City, TX, and the program targets rising seniors or MBA/bachelor students with Dec 2027 graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or MBA, with graduation date December 2027.
• Must commit to summer program, minimum 40 hours per week (starting May 25, 2027).
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in Sales, Military service, Collegiate student athlete, or Leadership role in a university organization.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

• Manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

Summer 2027 Internship

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This is a summer full time internship working 40 hours per week.

This position pays: $17/ hour

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to commit to our summerprogram minimally working 40 hrs. per week (starting May 25, 2027).
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in any of the following:
• Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
• Military service
• Collegiate student athlete
• Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
