Job summary

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is offering a Management Internship in San Jose, CA for students in their final year of college who will graduate by June 2028. This paid, part-time internship pays $22 per hour and requires a valid driver's license.

Interns will be exposed to operations, customer service, marketing strategies, and fleet management while working about 40 hours per week. Locations include 3591 Pearl Ave, 1485 Kerley Dr, and 395 Curtner Ave in San Jose.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university in your final semester graduating by June 2028.
• Must have 3 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in May 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week during the internship.
• Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license.

This role is for students in enrolled their final year at a college/university obtaining a bachelor's degree and graduating by June 2028. This position is part time and we offer $22 per hour. This position requires a drivers license.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you’ll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
