Enterprise invites university students to join the Management Internship, a paid program designed to build management and leadership skills. You'll tackle real challenges alongside our professionals in a team-based environment at multiple San Jose locations.

This part-time internship runs 10–12 weeks, starting in October 2026, offering 20–25 hours per week and opportunities for performance incentives and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating December 2026.
• Must have 3 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in October 2026.
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Join a hands-on internship program and rotate through responsibilities in management, customer handling, and fleet operations.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in intern projects and participate in performance incentives and referrals.

Overview

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real‑world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full‑time professionals. It's a team‑based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is located at one of the following locations:

• 3591 Pearl Ave San Jose, CA 95136
• 1485 Kerley Dr San Jose, CA 95112
• 395 Curtner Ave San Jose, CA 95125

This role is for students in enrolled their final semester at a college/university obtaining a bachelor's degree and graduating December 2026. This position is part time and we offer $22 per hour.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
