Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Albuquerque offers a Management Internship for seniors graduating by May 2028. You’ll gain hands-on experience in running a business, leading teams, and building customer relationships in a supportive, team-based environment.

The paid, part-time internship pays $17.00/hour with flexible scheduling to fit class commitments. You’ll work on fleet management basics, customer service, and marketing efforts while completing projects and potentially earning incentives.

Qualifications

• Current student enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program with graduation date between now and May 2028.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (i.e. DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with start date in January 2027.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during business hours.
• Must live in the Albuquerque, NM area, or plan to relocate prior to start date.

If you're looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you'll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. This role is located in the Albuquerque area and is available for those in their senior year at a college/university, graduating in May 2028 at the latest.

This internship pays $17.00/hour and is part-time working with flexibility for class schedule

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
